Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, Rotator is an expert in the sales of technical equipment focusing on the import, sales and rental of machinery and equipment and any related after-market services, such as maintenance and spare parts. Rotator’s product range includes, among others, construction machinery and compactors, forklifts, telehandlers, lifts, cranes, dumpers, breakers and demolition tools and compact crushers and sifters.

With nine locations in Finland, Rotator also operates in Estonia. Machines are mainly rented through Rotarent Oy which is part of the Rotator group. Rotator employs approximately 160 people in Finland.

Shipments delivered the next day following pick-up

Rotator was looking for cost-efficiency as it was identifying the logistics partners available.

According to Rotator’s Spare Parts Manager Mika Kola, coverage of the whole country and overnight deliveries were the most important reasons for choosing Pakettipiste as their partner.

“Shipments are picked up at three p.m. and reach their destination the next morning across the country, even in Rovaniemi. Not many of the other operators can achieve that, with deliveries often taking two days,” says Kola.
