Pakettipiste Express deliveries cover the entire nation.

Deliveries are made using an agreed delivery method, e.g. by keys or a drop-off box.

Shipment dimensions and weight:

• Shipment maximum weight 35 kg
• Shipment maximum volume 0.5 m³
• Up to 10 parcels per shipment
• Parcel maximum length 200 cm (extra charge for packages exceeding 120 cm)
• Maximum length + height + width 300 cm

We deliver Pakettipiste Day Express shipments to your business customer’s address in Finland between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. the next business day following pick-up.

Pakettipiste Day Express deliveries cover the entire nation.

The service includes two delivery attempts.

We deliver Pakettipiste Same Day Express shipments to your business customer’s address in Finland, typically during business hours the next business day following pick-up.

Delivery areas for Pakettipiste Same Day Express shipments are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

• Shipment maximum volume 0.5 m³
• Up to 10 parcels per shipment
• Parcel maximum length 200 cm (extra charge for packages exceeding 120 cm)

• Deliveries from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to Pakettipiste parcel points.
• Parcels are available for pickup at 650+ Pakettipiste parcel points during the extensive opening hours of our parcel point locations.
• Recipient is notified with an SMS or email once their parcel is ready for pickup.
• If a parcel point is full, the parcel is redirected to a Matkahuolto pick-up point.
• The recipient has 7 days to pick up the parcel.

Locker dimensions at parcel points:

XS small parcels are delivered to mailboxes or letterboxes in the delivery area in cooperation with Jakeluyhtiö Suomi. Delivery in 2 to 4 days.

Deliveries cover all major economic areas.

• Shipment maximum size 3 cm × 25 cm × 40 cm

The flexible Pakettipiste Click & Collect service meets a variety of needs.

With the Click & Collect service, you can drop off your customer’s parcel at a parcel point at a time convenient to you.

The customer picks up the parcel at the same parcel point.

• Minimum weight 0.1 kg
• Minimum size 3.5 cm × 25 cm × 15 cm

Locker dimensions at parcel points:

Saturday deliveries:

• Shipment delivered on a Saturday
• Recipient’s availability for a Saturday delivery confirmed
• Delivery area agreed on a case-by-case basis
• Per shipment pricing

Dangerous shipment (LQ):

• We ship dangerous goods when carefully packed under certain terms and conditions.
• The shipment must be marked with a label indicating a dangerous shipment.
• Per shipment pricing.
• Pakettipiste’s safety adviser will provide further instructions where necessary.

Transport of unit loads:

• We ship roll containers and pallets.
• Per shipment pricing.

Separate handling:

• The service is used for shipment of fragile items.
• Per shipment pricing.

Preferred delivery date:

• Delivered later than next business day.
• Pricing is based on the number of storage days required.
