Fruitbox is the oldest fruit delivery company in Finland: For 20 years, the company’s customers have had the pleasure of enjoying fresh fruit delivered to the workplace and, as remote work has become more common, to employees’ homes. Fruitbox’s clientele spans from small companies of approximately 5 to 10 employees to listed companies.
“Pakettipiste wanted us”
The partnership between Pakettipiste and Fruitbox already began in 2019 when Fruitbox wanted to compare different transport options as their previous partner made some changes and increased their prices.
Fruitbox’s cooperation with Pakettipiste started after a friend of a friend mentioned the delivery company to their team. Harju says that she felt that Pakettipiste really wanted them as a client.
“Overnight deliveries and early transports across the country were our primary criteria for choosing Pakettipiste. In the capital region, our shipments are delivered to our customers between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m., with the rest of Finland receiving theirs before noon, too. Our shipments are always delivered on the same day so our customers know when to expect their fruit boxes.”

Fruitbox’s customers have nothing but praise for Pakettipiste’s drivers. “Shipments are delivered on time, and our customers commend how professional and friendly the drivers are. You know things are going well when your customers aren’t saying much.”
In addition to the friendly and professional drivers, Harju highlights how Pakettipiste always delivers on time, ensuring that the fruit boxes are in good condition.
Pakettipiste makes two delivery attempts after which the shipment is returned. “It is very important that we make no further attempts to ensure that the fruit stays fresh.”
I’m a demanding client, says Harju with a smile and continues:

“I feel that Pakettipiste really takes my feedback seriously. Any issues have been addressed swiftly, and I have been able to inform our customers very quickly.”
Harju also feels that Pakettipiste takes improvement ideas submitted by the client into consideration. “If I submit feedback, saying that something should be improved, they listen.”
